Working on a product management flow for retail businesses that manage products across multiple locations. Not every product needs stock tracking. So instead of forcing inventory fields on every merchant, I designed the flow to work in two states: Inventory Tracking — Off Manage the product without tracking stock quantities. Inventory Tracking — On Track stock levels and low-stock alerts across branches. The goal was to keep simple products simple while still supporting businesses that need more control.
